Carmen is an anti-diet dietitian, following mindful and intuitive eating principles in her approach. Her aim is to help her clients improve their holistic health, on a mental, emotional, physical, and social level. Additionally, she guides her clients to listen to their body signals, discover the satisfaction factor, reach food freedom by giving themselves unconditional permission to eat all foods without guilt, and ditch the diet culture. She provides a weight-inclusive, non-judgmental, and safe space for her clients to share all their concerns. Carmen is passionate about helping clients with disordered eating behaviors and body image concerns. Her services also include clients who are going through their recovery journey from diseases, by focusing on health indicators and helping them make peace with food, their mind and their body.
