All personal information you provide to Doc Clik are strictly limited to the Doc Clik community. They are used to facilitate communication between health practitioners and to ensure a better management of your appointments.

There are two ways of canceling your appointments. First and easiest way is by logging into your Doc Clik profile Appointments, Choose your appointment, and Click on CANCEL. Second way is by calling the practitioner's office to cancel. Careful, some offices require a 24 hour notice before cancelling. Some fees can be added by the office if you cancel too late.

As a practitioner, you can add a new practice to your account. Please contact us and we will do it for you.
