Hi there! They call me Dr. Shaan. It seems there's another great dentist here who goes by Dr. Jamshaid. ;) Yes, he's my father and favourite mentor.
I graduated first with a Bachelor of Science, Honours in Biopharmaceutical Sciences in 2012 from the University of Ottawa, and then from the University of Toronto with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS), and joined the stellar team at Billings Bridge Dental Centre in 2016. I hold memberships in the Canadian Dental Association (CDA), Ontario Dental Association (ODA) and Ottawa Dental Society (ODS).
Good dentists never stop learning. Technology is continually evolving and we try to take advantage of every opportunity to provide the highest quality of care possible. Ask me about Invisalign, Cerac Crowns, or Implants. I'm here to help you keep a healthy smile for a lifetime.
I see value in helping others through volunteer projects related to our profession, like Oral Health Total Health, Sharing Smiles Day, and Free Dental Day. In my spare time I enjoy soccer and basketball.
